Help Getting Help
There are many programs that help people find information and connect to programs and services. This is often called Information & Assistance (I & A) or Information & Referral (I & R). Some simply provide names and contact information for organizations that may help. Others offer more assistance finding and connecting to appropriate services, such as eligibility screening, help filling out application forms, or follow-up to make sure the person received services. See also Help with Forms.
